could you please do me a screenshot what exactly is the message you see ?
After clicking on clear unfinished data 24 images. The message appears again when you enter image optimization again.
Don’t know how to send the screenshot that tells me should be like a URL.

you can upload somewhere like imgur.com , or even your own wordpress, then share the image link
With Imgur it seems to work.
Can you access the report generated from my WordPres with : OXCGOOMI, or with : BTMOXHOW?

is it always stuck like that ? like it never pull back images ?
If I click on clean up unfinished data it goes to the screen that I attach.

okay , sounds like the site is not notified
please try this
go to toolbox -> debug setting -> debug log to ON , debug level to advance , add notify_img into debug include URI
go to toolbox -> log view -> clean up existing log if any
now go to image optm summary page , clean up unfinished data, send again
wait for 10 minutes , go to log view again , see if there is anything show up , and if so share it to me via https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/
