Cleaning out the database

I just purchased the Review plugin and I attempted to import a CSV file of the reviews from our old Shopify site. However, I think spreadsheets were not exactly set up alike. The file imported but not properly (it didn’t report any problems). Now I would like to delete all the imported reviews. Using the usual selecting reviews using “Bulk Actions” -> “Move to Trash” -> Apply does not work. The reviews are not deleted list. Is this a bug?

I have now edited the CSV to match the review tables exactly, but only a few of them import properly.

What is the best way to reset this plugin to clean out all the databases etc?
