Everything is almost in the title, I add when I click on cleaning the cache by WP Super Cache it removes the directory caos-analytics.

And then, I need to change the path or remove and again install if i want to use your plugin. It’s annoying. Is there a solution for this?

Jep, WP Super Cache empties the entire cache/* folder when you flush the cache. I added the option to change the path where analytics.js is saved. Change this to anything else, outside the wp-content/cache-folder.
