Cleaning up WordPress Install

Hi! I have a bunch of WordPress sites, many of which still have data left over from plugins we’ve removed. I’ll see extra .php templates from past plugins, unused database tables, files and folders which are no longer necessary, and functions within certain documents that no longer need to be there.

I know there are a few cleanup plugins out there, but which do you recommend? I’m particularly interested in getting rid of files and accounts and such from plugins we no longer use.
