CleanTalk Blocking payments – Spam

Everyone who has tried to make purchases this week has been blocked as spam. They have sent me screen shots of it saying “forbidden” or “form subittmed to often try again in a bit”. one person said they tried for 3 days before reaching out to me. I have been manually approving them as not spam. What is going on? I have read through the help docs and tried to adjust the advance settings, clear the cache but no change.
