CleanTalk Causing Website Down

    Dear Team,

    I am using the licenced CleanTalk Spam plugin from last 3 years, but from last couple of weeks, one of the website started outage due to the this plugin, as this plugin needs to update the database from cloud or from its server and as per hosting company findings, cleantalk plugin is the culprit who start making 100s of request which cause server resources busy and website face outage and start showing error server busy, although they have increased the maximum resources but still there was same issue so eventually I disabled the plugin and now website is working fine from last week.

    I am a purchased user, if this is the case, obvaiously, I will not buy the new licencess again and I still have more than 8 months in my licencess to expire. Will there be a refund?
