    I use 4 websites in my CleanTalk account. On this website CleanTalk does not work. In the account overview it displays the message

    “Waiting for first comment, registration or contact”

    The app can be synchronized to server, the key is correct, but it does not detect spam. Can you help?

    Please, go the advanced settings:
    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings

    And enable all forms to protect. Then save the plugin settings.

    Don’t forget to clear your website cache after that.

    All forms were enabled already. Now you sent a blocking message and CleantTalk started to work.

    When CleanTalk failed to work I was using WPforms. Now I use FluentForms and Cleantalk seems to work.

    I suspect CleanTalk does not work with WPForms. Perhaps you can explore this.
