CleanTalk has stop blocking spam

    Over the past 6 months, the amount of spam comments that CleanTalk has allowed to seap thru is growing every week. I have left them alone for two weeks before reporting so you can see how many have been permitted. Not sure what has changed with the app, but it is not worth paying for if this can’t be fixed. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello,

    I’ve tested your comment form and the protection worked. Also, there are no allowed comments in your Anti-Spam logs. Could you send us a link to the form from which the spam came?

    @buddah Please do not post that again. Those links (not your site) blew out the spam filter and made it cry.

    No one needs those links. You can answer @sergecleantalk questions without furthering spam on this site.

    My apologies @jdembowski , I guess I am misunderstanding what exactly @sergecleantalk wants from me. I have about 5% tech knowledge, so I get lost in this stuff. I thought I was sending you all the information I had to give, so now I do not know what to send you. My email is [redacted] if there is a way you can guide me there I would appreciate it. I can only view this on my PC, but get emails on my phone, so I can be alerted faster for this issue. I have received zero emails so far despite checking the Notify Me box.

    @buddah There’s a longstanding issue with Yahoo mail and ww.wp.xz.cn. Yahoo refuses mail from here. Our admins have talked to their admins, but it does not seem like anything Yahoo is willing to solve.

    Please read serge’s message — they’re just asking for a URL.

    Also, consider setting up mail elsewhere as Yahoo is just not reliable in this conteext.
