clear cache not working on delete post/image

i notice that your wordpress caching plugin clear cache when new post created or updated. but what about the when the user is delete post or image from gallery? the clear cache not working and the post or the image are still on the live website.

can you fix this?
its not good idea to ask the user remember to do it manually especially if you have plugin for this.
