clear cache order?

Have Simple Cache with Clearfy active. When testing stuff, not sure how to clear the cache as quickly as possible but still know it’s effective. Is hitting ‘purge cache’ from Simple Cache good enough, or ‘Clear cache’ from Clearfy would suffice, or should I be always doing them both (e.g. first Clearfy, then Simple Cache)? Thanks!
