• Greetings,

there seems to be an issue with my website.

I am using an email customizer and i added a text for a short period and then translated it to the second language.

Now i deleted the text from the first language but that text seems to be appearing in the second one when new orders are being created.

Could clearing WPML Cache and Remove Ghost Entries help? Are those two safe to do occasionally?

    Hello,

You probably translated that string of text in “WPML > String Translation”.

Could you go back to String Translation and delete that string?

    • Search for the translated text
    • Select “Include translation”
    • Select the correct string
    • Click on “Delete selected strings”

The string had already been deleted.

Could it be a WPML Cache?

Is clearing WPML Cache and Remove Ghost Entries safe to do?
    Could that resolve the issue?
Or could it be something else?

I am using Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer i have erased the text from the email.
Couldn’t find it in string translations, could have been already deleted.

    What could be causing that?
I am thinking of clearing WPML cache and Removing ghost entires.
    But is it safe?

    Hello,

Yes, it should be safe to clear the WPML cache and remove ghost entries.

However, as with any troubleshooting option, I recommend creating a full backup of your website before.
