Clear cache!?!? theme

    Something I find very weird, is that I changed an image in my theme to make it fit better due my tiny modifications I done.

    The thing is that I’ve loaded in this image (replaced it with the old) using Filezilla (FTP client). The file has replaced..
    But if I visit the image online, it still shows the old image!
    WHY AND HOW?

    I been googling, been downloading cache plugins and tried them out but not working.
    I got answer that it can be the theme that got some caching, I am using a theme called detube, a paid plugin.

    But still, if that is, how can it even cache files? Isn’t it my webhost that must have cached this file? As it’s an image file, that if I visit this image file, even then it hasn’t updated.

    Yes, some webhosts(like iPage) have their own cache system, which caches your site on their end. Check on your hosting settings and look if there is a place for cache settings. If not it has to be a plugin(unless you applied some cache rules to .htaccess file). It could be the theme’s settings, but highly unlikely.
