Clear Cache via API or URL?

    Hello.

    I have a plugin that fetches third-party content via API and updates widgets and page content with the API response.

    After updating the content, I need to be able to clear the cache, from within the plugin.

    Does WP Super Cache have a way of doing this, either by global function (from within another plugin), or via API/URL?

    I did see this topic, but it is exactly what I need…
