Refresh page when changing the language

    Hello!
    Can you help me?
    I have, for example, 2 languages. German and English.
    For example i display info in english on the page using method GET on the page.
    When i change the language to german, there is still that method GET and all information on the page in english!
    How can i refresh page after changing the language or change my GET method?
