Clear selection button no longer works

The “clear selection” button no longer works correctly. If I choose a variation (i.e, color: blue) and then push clear selection, the price disappears but the variation still says “Color: Blue” instead of saying “Color: Choose an Option”. Woocommerce is up to date (Version 2.1.12). Any help would be much appreciated!
