Hi @stavroch!
You can clear the cache of your slider either at it’s main page with the Refresh Cache button:
http://smart-slider-2.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1276-main-page?auth=true
or clear all sliders’ cache at the global settings with the Refresh slider button:
http://smart-slider-2.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1170-global-settings-cache
Those images are cache files, because if you go to the main page -> Edit Slider, then you will find a “Resize slide backgrounds” option:
http://smart-slider-2.helpscoutdocs.com/article/797-slides
This is recreating your images to be cache files, to cover your slides, or to be contained by them, but if you are using the same image sizes, what you are using as the size of the slider, you don’t really need this option, so you could disable it.
Thank you Gabor for your answer.
I have already press the buttons “Refresh slider” and the “Refresh generator” My issue is that the images are created as content/cache/image/static/e3a9369381989e38d848d3dbe2cff4db.jpg
How can I stop creating such a files?
P.S. I have Smart Slider 2.

You should go to your slider:
http://smart-slider-2.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1276-main-page
where you should press the “Edit Slider” button. There you will find a “Resize slide backgrounds” option, and you should disable that. In that case the original images will be used.
