Clear translation cache

    Dear TranslatePress Support,

    I am trying to clear the translation cache because my WordPress language changes are not updating on the site.

    I followed these steps:

    Settings → TranslatePress → Advanced → Miscellaneous → Clear translation cache

    However, I cannot find the “Clear translation cache” option in my TranslatePress settings.

    Could you please advise where this option is located, or let me know the correct way to clear the TranslatePress cache and regenerate the translated strings?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    There is currently no setting called “Clear translation cache” in TranslatePress. Could you please let me know where you found this information?

    TranslatePress does not have its own individual cache system. Cached translations or outdated language changes are managed by the caching plugin used on the website or by the server-level cache.

    Please try clearing the cache from the caching plugin active on your site or from any server-side/CDN cache you may be using, and then check the website again.

    After clearing the cache, the updated translations and language changes should appear correctly on the site.
