Clearfix conflict

Hi!
After getting almost crazy, I finally found out, that your plugin is messing the CSS of some themes! For example, on a blog, when your plugin is activated, the sidebar goes under the entries instead of right side, or a bottom menu goes left instead of right; but everything goes back to its place when your plugin is desactivated (not disable, but desactivated). I don’t know how far it can mess with some themes, but it’s quite a big issue… Hope you’ll fix it in further update.
