[NSFW] clearing cache after a setting time or automatically

Hello,

on my homepage for no apparent reason the sidebar disappears, only by clearing the cache manually or by acting on the widgets (performing any action such as moving or changing them) makes it visible again

i am not using and i cannot use cloudflare

I was wondering if there is the possibility of setting a time, 5 or 15 minutes for example, for the automatic cleaning of the cache or a limit of some very low parameter so that the cache is cleaned without having to act manually
