Clearing specific page not working

Hi,

I have a page where we show the last 10 posts in a simplyfied format (see the link), but because there are a lot of posts on this site, we dont want to regenerate all of the cache everytime an article is posted. So we only clear the front page++, and want to use the “clearing specific pages” feature – like here -https://www.wpfastestcache.com/features/clear-cache-of-specific-urls-when-updating-or-posting/ for some other pages, but it does not work. If I use the “delete the cache of this page” button/link, its cleared, so it seems like the problem is with the “clearing specific pages”-function. Any idea what could cause this?
