Hey @saphiris,
I’m the developer of the CleverReach plugins. The documentation you mentioned is for NinjaForms CleverReach (and it is outdated).
The button “Connect to CleverReach” is the right way but your CleverReach user need to have permissions to use the REST API.
Log in to CleverReach an have a look at your profile (profile, not account) there’s a checkbox to activate the REST API.
best regards, Hannes
Hi Hannes,
thanks so much for your answer, that worked like a charm – and triggered the next question. 🙂
I activated API, I used the form builder to load the sign-up form, I want to use and I added the CleverReach Widget to the sidebar. The thing is – it just shows the header “Newsletter-Anmeldung” but not the actual sign-up form. Am I missing something?
Thanks!
Iris
Do you use the free plugin now or NinjaForms CleverReach?
Hi Hannes,
I am using the free plugin.
Cheers
Iris
This should be correct.
Does the shortcode [cleverreach_signup] work if you use it anywhere else?
Hi Hannes,
I am not using the shortcode, I would not know where.
I have installed the Plugin. It shos that I am connected to CleverReach. I added the “Clever Reach Sign-Up form” Widget to the sidebar. The sidebar just shows the header, but no actual sign-up form. I have just tried to add a HTML widget and add teh shortcode there, but that does not work either. I had tried to copy the HTML code for a sign-up form from CleaverReach as HTM code in a HTML widget, but of course that did not really work with my theme, the size was all wrong.
So if you can tell me where to use the shortcode so that it’ll work, I’d be grateful.
Thanks
Iris
Can you send me a link where I can see the not working form?
