Activated the plugin, go to the settings page, click the Add button, nothing.

I’ve tried in FF, Chrome and IE, all have the same behavior.

Any insight?

Scratch that, it somehow started working on it’s own. I think it might have had something to do with CloudFlare; I had just switched back to not using CloudFlare and it worked again.
