Click and Drop Tracking Customer Note

Hi. We’re shipping products with Royal Mail Click and Drop Tracked. Click and Drop passes the tracking information to Woocommerce as a Customer Note. We would like to include this note in the Order Complete email (sent when the order is marked as despatched), instead of it appearing in a separate Customer Note email that arrives afterwards.
We’re currently using Kadence to customise the email templates.
We’re not very comfortable editing the theme files. Is it possible to put the note in the order complete email template some other way?
The best we can think of so far is to turn off the Order Complete emails and make the Customer Note email look like an Order Complete email. But that will cause problems down the line.
