Great question. At the moment, click maps are available for email campaigns only and aren’t supported for automated emails.
For automation workflows, you can still review link performance by going to:
Reports → Automation → select your workflow → choose the specific message from the dropdown → open the “Link Activity” tab.
There, you’ll be able to see which links were clicked, along with total clicks and unique clicks per link.
We know visual click maps can be helpful when optimizing layouts, so if having this for automations would make a difference and add value to your workflow, feel free to let us know, your input matters.
