Click save downloads admin.php

    When I change the receivers e-mail and I want to save it, it downloads an admin.php file and it does not save the changes that I have made. I have tried several things like deleting all plugins and install them 1 for 1, but nothing worked. Does someone know where this problem comes from and how to fix it?
