Hmm when I do a self diagnosis test it tells me that i do not have AVF and webp redirection activated

yet i go into the page where they are and they are ticked

if I untick them and run another self test, I do not get the error and it appears to have activated

does this mean the ticks throughout the pages are to de activate ther action or is my site being silly
