Click to Tweet length error

Hey, I’ve noticed the Click to Tweet button erroneously counts the tweet’s characters. For example, it says 5 characters left when creating the tweet in the dashboard, but when I want to share it, Twitter would say it has -14 characters and cannot tweet.
