Click tracking not working

Hi, im trying to use your plugin in my website (i’ve used it in multiple sites without trouble) but in this website my google analytics wont track anything on 3 button I have:

1.- The top bar “CONTACTANOS POR WHATSAPP”
2.- The menú button “Llamanos al: XXXX”
3.- The “Llámanos: 3314188879” in contact page
