It’s also worth mentioning that Click Tracking is Enabled for this ad, and is also enabled via the Plugin Settings.
Thanks!

Html adverts can usually not be tracked by AdRotate its tracker.
This is because there is no <a> tag in the adcode.
Most html(5) adverts have their own tracking.

This is how the advert HTML output looks like in the example we sent:
<div class="a-single a-22">
<a class="gofollow" data-track="MjIsMCwxLDEw" href="http://www.i***a.it/" target="_blank">
<img src="https://g***r.travel/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Gap-Y***r-Website-Horizontal-Banner.jpg">
</a>
</div>
There is data-track variable. There is <a> tag.
We tried loading jquery.adrotate.clicktracker.js on the footer too, with no luck.
Can you please advise a bit more specifically?
Your help will be truly appreciated.

Oh like so, I thought you meant a different banner.
If you look at the dashboard in Manage Adverts, what does it show for stats? 0’s or –‘s?
And on the site, where the advert shows, if you open the browser inspector/debug console, does it show any javascript errors?

Thank you for getting back!
The stats for this specific banner (ID 22):
Shown: 1703
Today: 58
Clicks: 0
Today: 0
CTR: 0
It’s the same for all banners.
It does track how many times it was displayed, but not the clicks.
Unfortunately, no errors show up in the browser console, when clicking.
We tried disabling all plugins, without luck.
Your advise is truly appreciated.
Let me know if you need further details.
