Click without hover

    Hi,

    Is it possible to make a picture clickable to go to an external link without turning on the hover icon ? I turn off hover and click the link but it does not work.
    I set the link on the gallery for that particular picture.

    Hello Jon,

    could you please describe more detailed how exactly do you wish to setup links on thumbnails?

    Do you mean that all thumbnail surface should be clickable no meter if gallery link button published or not, right ?

    Hi,

    Yes I would like to click the picture and it will open an external link eg to a page on the WordPress site. Prefer this instead of opening the actual picture. At the moment the only way is to hover over and click the icon inside the picture. Does that make sense?

    But actually it’s possible to use link without button in current gallery version.

    If you define image link and turn off link button in gallery hover settings. All gallery thumbnails of the images with defined links will be clickable and after click you’ll be redirected to the specified link.

    Ok, I turned off link button. When I click the picture it doesn’t go to the ext link? It only fades to a gray shade when I’m on the picture?

    I have set the link in the gallery for that picture.

    Any ideas?
