Hi,

Something got screwed up with the latest update of the plugin. Now, when I delete a hotspot and then I save changes, a new hotspot named “Clickable Area #” is automatically added. Also, when saving changes, sometimes URLs in hotspots get erased.

Hi @leemon,

This is probably a limitation of your hosting server/configuration, which we’ve run into before – particularly on shared hosting environments.

We recommend contacting your hosting provider and ask: “Can you please increase the PHP max_input_vars to 5000 for my installation? I have an application that is failing because the limit is set too low. If not 5,000 please set it as high as possible.”

PS. If you install this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
and then go to Settings > PHP Info

you should see a bunch of information about your server, and if you search for max_input_vars you should see the value which we want to be 5000+ for best results

The value was set to 1000. I managed to increase it to 5000 and now the plugin seems to work correctly.
