Clickable region along with hover

I have implemented a map in my site .Tooltip content is given for each marker in Round Markers tab and ‘Show Tooltip On (Beta)’ is given as ‘Hit(tap or click)’. On clicking each region Tooltip content is displaying in imapsTooltip-group near to the clicked region as shown in the screenshot. I also need to integrate a functionality to display a tooltip with region name on hovering the marker. Currently Tooltip Content is given as region name in each region in Regions tab but since Show Tooltip On (Beta) is given as hit , hover is not working.Can you please help me in integrating these both features?
