Clicking template menu loading infinitely

    I’ve bought pro version.
    When I click ‘Template’ or ‘Blocks’ under Templates menu,
    only loading icons showing up infinitely.
    I couldn’t see any templates or blocks.
    I couldn’t use template library.
    How can I solve this problem?
    My main reason to buy this plugin is using template library.
    Please guide me to use your template library.
