clicks not showing

    Hi I’ve recently moved over to Sam Pro from ads manager and I have the same problem on both of them which is that although impressions are shown, the clicks do not show up. I’ve tested this by clicking on ads from different computers and browsers etc and still the figure is 0. In addition the figure for impressions has stayed the same all week – which I know is wrong because google analytics is showing page views all week.

    Is there something I have missed/ am doing wrong? I wondered if it was linked to google analytics?

    Thanks but unfortunately that isn’t the problem. I’ve already been looking at all and for the relevant time period. It seems to record clicks on some ads but not others – but these have changed – i.e. the ones from 2015 since I last looked at them this week so there is definitely something odd.

    I have only one explanation of this situation: you are using the “Single Ad”. For Single Ads statistics is not counted as a Single Ad created for internal use (in both senses). Use Place!
