    Hi voicetoons,

Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue.

After investigating this error, it appears that the “Client Authentication Failed” message often occurs due to a mismatch in the PayPal environment settings.

Specifically, this can happen if the Sandbox (Test Mode) is still enabled in your LearnPress PayPal settings while a user is trying to make a payment with a live/real account (or vice-versa).

    How to resolve this:

    1. Navigate to LearnPress > Settings > Payments > PayPal.
    2. Check the Sandbox Mode option. If your site is live, please ensure this is turned off.
    3. Double-check that you have replaced your Sandbox Client ID/Secret with your Live (Production) Client ID and Secret provided by PayPal.
    4. Save the settings and try the checkout process again.

Please let us know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance!

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp
