    Hi
I’m having a problem with the Plugin
I installed the Plugin and filled out the necessary information

After that, I tried more than once to add a product to the cart and make the purchase, but I faced this problem (Client Authentication failed issue).

I activated (Health Check & Troubleshooting) Plugin and made the site work without any Plugin and with the basic theme.
But I faced the same problem.

I want your help to solve the problem
    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @omarhamsho,

Anytime you receive a client authentication error it means the secret key is incorrect.

If you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs you will find a wc-ppcp log file. That file will have a entries for the failed API requests to PayPal along with additional information.

Since it sounds like you manually entered the API keys info, you will want to re-enter the secret key value.

    Kind Regards

    Thank you
    Problem solved

Same issue here. I connected to Paypal by wizard and the status is connected. But it’s impossible to create Webhook and make any online transition: Client Authentication failed.

Any suggestion? I tried to re-connect again but same result. Should it be better to get Production Client ID and Production Client ID manullay out of Paypal account?

    Thanks.

Go to the WooCommerce > Status > Logs page and check the wc-ppcp log file. What does the log say about the failed requests to PayPal?

That is an option if you’re having trouble with the Connect process. Here is the step by step instructions from our documentation. https://docs.paymentplugins.com/wc-paypal/config/#/connect?id=manually-connect

It’s quite difficult to check if the Paypal account is correctly set, when your client manages it and you don’t have access to it.

This is the log file, if you please. Thanks again.

Ok, I did it manually and now it works.
