    I have a client who forgot their password and locked themself out. Now they are permanently blocked. I went in and white-listed their IP but they are still blocked. How do I fix this? I had to deactivate the plugin for now.

    Whitelisting probably won’t help if their IP got (permanently) banned.

    Assuming the latest plugin release (8.0.1) is being used you can remove the ban from the Security > Dashboard page. Simply select the IP in the Banned Users card and click on the Remove Ban link.
