Hi Aeniss (@aeniss), I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble using the plugin but don’t worry, I will work to fix this as soon as possible. Can you please let me know what browser are you using and what is the Filevue plugin version currently installed on your side? (You can check this in your WordPress plugins section) Can you please make sure to update on the latest one (1.6.5) and see if this is still an issue? I had a look but couldn’t reproduce the problem on my side. Also, if you need to send me some screenshots or have some more discussions around this problem, you can raise a ticket on the support platform I’ve just released: https://www.filevue.app/support/
It would be also helpful if you could please create a dummy client (with no files attached) and share the details for me (in a private support ticket on the platform I’ve mentioned above) so I can take a look deeper look from my side.
Thank you, Lucian

Hi Lucian. Thank you for your prompt reply. I tried with both Chrome and Microsoft Edge and I am experiencing the same issue. Please see my message on your support platform, for more details. Best!
Hi Aeniss (@aeniss ),
Adding here some more public info in case others will need.
The portal page on your website was sometimes showing an old copy of the page after someone signed in or signed out, so it looked like nothing happened. I’ve fixed that in a new Filevue release (1.6.6). After you install it, sign out and sign in should behave normally.
If it still does not work after the update, your hosting company needs to turn off page caching for this page only:
Page to exclude: https://sublimitycorp.com/client-portal/
You can copy this to your host (ticket or live chat):
“Please do not cache the page at /client-portal/ (full URL: https://sublimitycorp.com/client-portal/). Our client login portal must always load fresh after login and logout. Please exclude that URL from any full-page cache, CDN cache, or LiteSpeed/nginx cache.“
What you can try yourself (optional):
1. Install the Filevue update (1.6.6).
2. Test login and logout in a private/incognito browser window.
3. If your host uses LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket, or similar: look for “Exclude URLs” or “Do not cache” and add /client-portal/.
4. If you use Cloudflare: ask support to bypass cache for /client-portal/ or use “Development Mode” for a quick test (temporary).
Please install the update when you receive it, then try login and logout once more and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Lucian

Sure. Thank you again for your support. Your fix has solved the issues we were experiencing on our website. We’ll definitely leave a review (and possibly suggestions) for this plugin, as soon as we’ve been able to test its other functions. Best!
