  • Hi Thiago,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    Test if regenerating the permalinks from Settings > Permalinks > click on Save changes resolves the problem.

    If it still doesn’t work, I registered as an affiliate on your site and am waiting to be approved.

    Let us know any news.

    Best regards.

    hello Juan .

    I approved the affiliate request.

    The procedure for updating the perma links did not work, I had already tested it previously under the guidance of another support team.

    thanks for your help

    Hi Thiago,

    Please try adding the following code in the functions.php file of your active child theme:

    add_filter( 'yith_wcaf_show_dashboard_links', '__return_true' );

    Check it out and tell us if it works for you, please.

    Best regards.

    I deactivated the “Customize My Account for WooCommerce Ver. 2.2.17” plugin and it worked correctly. Thank you for your help, it was very helpful.

    I’m found this solution:
    Admin Menu
    SysBasics > Customize My Account > Configuration > Disable navigation template override > YES

    Turn it on if you face styling issues on your frontend
