Client email showing

I’ve seen similar questions to these before but can no longer find them anywhere here. Please sign post me to them or advise accordingly.

When a user visits the site and is NOT signed in, if they view a job and hit apply they get the client email address when the pop window appears. How do I stop this and require them to sign in to apply please?

I want to make some of the text in the Got a question section active so it links to the contact us page or activates an email. I cannot find the page to edit this text with links anywhere. Please advise.
