    Hi there.

I’ve set up a contact form for a client. The email from the forms are being delivered to every mailbox in the recipient list apart from the client’s email address/addresses. I’ve tested Hotmail, Gmail and my own work server emails. The client’s IT department is telling that the contact form emails aren’t landing in their server.

Any idea how I can fix this?

    Thanks

    Hi @adampreynolds,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Is that a domain email address?

They should check with the website hosting and/or email hosting companies.

Form maker emails are automatically generated emails and the server is most probably blocking them.

I am sorry but there is nothing we can do from the plugin site. It actually sends emails but the receiver blocks them.

Also, have you checked the spam/junk folders?

Thanks for getting back to me Zhanna.

Yes, it’s a domain email address, however, it’s not the same domain as the website where the plugin is installed.

I’ve tried all the above. I’m being told that the emails aren’t reaching their servers. Not sure what steps to take from here
