I have 2 email notifications set. the admin works fine but the one that goes to the person submitting the form isnt sending. I have the receipients set to the email address that the users enters on the form. No conditions set.

Hello @evielutions

Make sure that your site has proper SMTP or email delivery configuration, as Forminator relies on these settings in order to send emails:

If you haven’t configured the SMTP of your site, I suggest you to use a plugin for that:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/search/smtp/

Once you have configured it and test it, check if the form sends email notifications this time. If the site doesn’t have a proper email delivery configuration, it’s possible it may send emails using either an unknown email address or one with bad reputation, hence why the user submitting the form may not receive an email at all.
