client submit Ticket

    When the client submits a Ticket in a fontend site,it will display further login process.
    it never displays direct assign user Ticket list
    so how to show without login Ticket list?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @perceptnew,

    Does the ticket redirect you to the login page again? You can change the redirect page after a new ticket submission by going to tickets- settings – general tab and scroll down until you find the Redirects section. There you can put the New Ticket Redirect URL there.

    Also, you can check which page you setup for your ticket list by going to the Ticket submission section (in the same General tab).
