• I assigned a ticket I created from within osTicket’s SCP. When my client logs in to wordpress and goes to the user interface for osTicket, as presented WP Bridge, they can see that a ticket is listed on their account. However, when they click on the ticket, it does not open. It simply reloads the My Tickets window.
