Cloning problem in multisite setup

    Hi,
    in a multisite setup I cloned an existing site with nscloner plugin. The clone is fine but it seems not to be part of the existing network. It is still shown in the list of sites but when accessing the dahsboard it tells me “CODE INVALID: The 2FA code provided is either expired or invalid. Please try again.”
    I can access the dashboard only if I change the entry define(‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘www.mainsite.com’); to the new sites URL.

    Any tips for this behavior?

    It sounds like something in the 2FA’s data didn’t get updated. As though it thinks it still belongs to the main site. A very speculative guess though, I suggest asking in the dedicated support channel of your 2FA plugin.
