Cloning Root Site Issues

    Hi,
    I had been following development of the plugin and I saw that it now supported the ability to clone the root site to a multi-site.
    However when I try this, the cloned site has many issues including dropped tables, missing pph directs, missing content, etc.
    I saw in the new demo video you have that when you click on any of the cloning options, a table of selectable items appears under each section. I don’t see that in my version V3.
    I am using the free download version so I do not know if that has something to do with it.
    Can you give me some ideas on what I might be doing wrong in trying to clone a root site?
