Thank you for sharing the link to your site. I could see the issue on your site but I could not reproduce it on my WordPress set up.
Please make sure that you’re running the latest version of the Hustle plugin and run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin and for a conflict with a current active theme?
Deactivate all other plugins, besides Hustle and test if the close button is working. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this. If the issue still persists, please switch to a default WordPress theme to test the same.
