Dear all,

Thank you for the great plugin. I’ve an issue. The close button doesn’t appear neither on mobile nor on PCs. I’ve tried different styles for the button or the widget, without success.

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Do you mean the close button on your MailPoet form? If yes, can you point us to the page where you have your form so we can inspect it?

Hey, thanks for replying. I am having this issue with the pop up message that appears on my articles (essentially posts) at the bottom right corner, I believe after 10 seconds the post has been loaded. Hi @telumetar,

You could try adding this CSS code and see if it fixes the pop-up form X/Close button:

.mailpoet_form_close_icon, .mailpoet_form_close_icon { padding: 0; }

You should add that to the “Additional CSS” section in your Customizer under Appearance > Customize. Let us know if it works!
