We have a popup that visitors need to click AGREE in order to enter the site.

This used to work, however, the button is no longer showing.

    The code is

    [popup_close tag=”button”]Agree[/popup_close]

Any thoughts on how to correct this?

    Thanks.

  • Hello @ptaubman – sorry to hear about that.

May I ask, what other updates have you made prior to this happening? Have you installed any third-party plugin?

In addition, do you have any caching plugin active on your site? If yes, then could you please try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if that helps you solve the problem?

You can also check out this demo screencast to make it more clear for you: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uoqrom

If that helps, then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, for us to assist you further with your issue, you will need to escalate it directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check out this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.

It turned out to be a conflicting CSS issue.

    Thanks.

Hey @ptaubman – thanks for letting us know.

Happy to hear that you were able to figure that out. 🙂

By the way, we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Have a great day & stay safe!
