Close button not working on mobile devices

    As being said, the close button is showing but nothing happens when you click on it when using the lightbox on a mobile device. The  “Show the (X) close button” is active on the admin panel. I tried disabling the “Close FancyBox when overlay is clicked” but that only results in that I can’t close the lightbox at all. Any tips on how to solve this? Any additional CSS we could use? The template I’m using is “Coach” and the latest version of WP.

    Hi! Can I please confirm if you are using Fancybox V2 (vs Legacy or Classic Reloaded)? We can duplicate right now for V2, but not the others. We’d like to be sure we’re solving the same issue you’re seeing. Thanks!

    Thanks for your reply! Yes! That is correct; we’re using Fancybox V2!
    I also noticed that this error on mobile devices only seems to affect the type of gallery block used on the starting page kb75.se, where a carousel is used with forward and backward arrows, which I just noticed aren’t working either, so neither of the buttons are doing anything on mobile devices (both iphone and Android are affected).

    Here for example it seems like the close button works fine, where there is no carousel used (and no arrows), just a pop-up: https://www.kb75.se/work/

    On desktop everything works fine!

    I wanted to follow up and confirm that a fix for this will be in the next release. Should be next week.

    One more follow up to let you know we just pushed the release with this fix. It would be great if you get a chance to get and confirm it is working as expected.

    thanx for this info! But I’m sorry to say it’s still the same. No buttons are working on mobile devices at the home page here: kb75.se

    do we need to do anything? Like update the plugin, reinstall or something? We’ve cleared the cashe, cookies and history, to no avail.

    Great! I was about to write to say you do need to be sure you are running the latest version (2.2.0).
